Default PvP or PvE Blood Poonage Build!!!

Where To Use: PvP or Pve
Build Type:SS Blood Necro
Proffession:N/Mo (i use Mo for unlimited rez!)
Build Name:Wrecking Crew
Elite Skill:Spiteful Spirit!

Attributes:
16 Blood Magic
10 Curse Magic
10 Soul Reaping

What I Wear:
Armor 60;
Scar Pattern (plus1 Blood W/ Sup Blood Rune)
Renevants Tunic
Renevants Legging
Renevants Gloves
Renevants Boots

All of these give me a bonus in health that way my superior rune only take away 10 health!

My Weapon:
Koles Torment: This gives me plus 15 energy and plus 30 Health. Max Damage Also! This is best weapon choice for this build because of the mad energy bonus with Hp bonus. It also have skill recharage or casting time (10& chance)

Skill Bar:
1.)Vampiric Gaze
2.)Jaundicized Gaze
3.)Dark Pact
4.)Spiteful Spirit (E)
5.)Life Siphon
6.)Enfeeble
7.)Blood Renewal
8.)Monk Rez Spell

How I Use It:
First I pick a target (preferably Ranger, assassin, or warrior, but anything will work. Try to let your team in PvP stay back and let them come to you. Right before they get to you cast Blood Renewal. When your target is close enough quickly cast Spiteful Spirit. Right after cast Life Siphon to cover it from monks trying to take it off your target. Then proceed with enfeeble if you target is melee or ranger. If not cast jaundicized gaze and then vampiric gaze. After this make sure SS and siphon are still on your target if not recast. If you keep using your gazes and pact. Your foe will fal within 10-20 seconds. If your target is attacking you he will lose health on his own if he runs your gazes will demolish him and so will siphon. DONT USE ANY TOUCH SPELLS! This build can obliterate oponents before they realize they were targeted by a necro. Everytime Blood Renewal runs out recast immediately!

I will be adding to this later but please feel free to express thought. When i use this build my energy managment is not a probelem because of soul reaping being at 10.

I'm pretty sure your vamp gaze, jaund gaze, dark pact, siphon and SS can be out healed by a pretty good monk. I prefer Shadow Strike + Vamp gaze + Dark Pact + Barbed Signet. Then Life Transfer + Life Siphon for max 10 degen and maybe parasitic bond as a cover + heal. Blood Renewel is good to use just before vamp gaze, so vamp gaze counters sacrificed health. Enfeeble is great also. The point being your target has 10 degen as well as taking damage from shadow strike vamp gaze dark pact etc etc.

If yours works for you then keep at it but this is my opinion of blood poonage as you call it.

Not only can they be out healed, but the casting time on your hexes means 1) they will be removed before you can cover and 2) you will be the victim of interruption. Another problem is any decent warrior type that has SS dropped on him, will not use attack skills--such as assume a defensive stance, activate a heal signet. I have always felt SS is a worthless skill to bring into PvP -- but that is because I think you should design a build to beat top-notch players as opposed to pwning the inexperienced ones.

Blood spikers only really work well in fours or sixies otherwise know as bloodspiker groups (at the top end PvP level anyways) where you do a coordinated spike of shadow strike/vamp gaze + stack on degen e.g. siphon.
Otherwise on its own blood ain't that good. I prefer Curses Hex spamming for PvPing necro
